TAGIT offers a superior service at extremely competetive rates. I treat my clients as I would like to be treated by any other professional; with respect and honesty.

I aim to be an asset to every one of my business & domestic clients. Someone you can trust. Someone you can rely on. Your first (and ONLY) stop for tech & design support.
When you think "computers" I want your next thought to be "Let me just call my geek..."

TAGIT isn't a shop. I don't carry much in the way of equipment for sale. This way I hope that people trust my opinion to be un-biased & in their best interests.

I also guarantee ALL of my work. If I can't repair something, you're not completely satisfied or equipment I have installed doesn't work 100%, I will work for free until it does or provide a refund.

So, you want to know more about TAGIT and the enigmatic man behind it all? You've come to the right place.

What?

A computer, design & technical support company, 'TAGIT' provides dedicated on-site support to local small / medium businesses & domestic clients.

Where?

Nestled deep within the Preseli Mountains of the "Shire" (Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire & Ceredigion, aka. Dyfed), TAGIT is perfectly situated to offer services right across the three counties.
Clients from ALL over the place rely on TAGIT.

Who?

TAGIT was started by myself, Tobias A. Grimshaw.
I have an affinity for most electrical devices & technology in general. Luckily, just happened to be born at the right time & place to get into computers when they started becoming cheap. This has resulted in me getting to know quite a lot about computers, how they work & how to fix it when they don't. I do have a qualification from Pembrokeshire College in ICT, but everything useful that I know about technology is self taught.
Passion cannot be learnt.

Why?

I like computers, I like technology, I like helping people and it happens to be a lucky coincidence that people will pay me for it! So I quit labouring to work independently.

When?

Est. 2009.
I've been messing with computers for as long as I can remember. I used to take apart ANYTHING electrical, to see how it worked... now I make a living putting things back together again.

TAGIT is one of the very rare places in out corner of Wales to get professional support for Apple products of all types & ages.
I also offer purchasing advice and support setting up new products.

Apple make the best notebooks. Fact!
I am by no means a 'fanboy' but Apple certainly have some attractive products, if you have the money to throw around! Because of this, Macs, and Apple products in general, are gaining in popularity. Fast.
Whether you've been an Apple stalwart for years or even if you've just bought a brand new Macbook & need some advice, TAGIT is your best option for local support & advice. That should save a trip to Cardiff!

Being a massive perfectionist and having a passion for graphic design has a fantastic upshot for my clients; I will really throw my all into the smallest project to produce something that both the client & myself will be proud to show off!
I only take on design projects that I think I can make something truly special or for a product I really like.

I firmly believe that each platform available has it's uses & understand that many people (myself included) run 'multi-platform' environments. TAGIT offers support for Windows, Mac OS & Linux or any combination of the three!
